Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment through PayPal or via direct bank transfer (BACS) These are the two easiest and safest methods for transferring payments.

If you do not have a PayPal account, PayPal offer a way of paying with your credit/debit card without the need to create an account or allow them to store your details. Simply select PayPal at the checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.

Do you ship to Ireland?

At the moment, we are unable to ship to Southern Ireland. However, we can ship to Northern Ireland (all BT postcodes) any order up to 2kg in weight. If you have any queries or special circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@sbsconsumables.co.uk before completing your purchase and we will try to accommodate you however best we can.

Do you ship to the Scottish Highlands?

Some couriers we use do not ship to areas of the Highlands or Scottish Islands. We can try to arrange delivery under some circumstances, for example packages under 2kg in weight. Please email us before completing a purchase to see how we can accommodate to you.

What is your returns policy?

If you have any issues with your purchased items, please contact us at support@sbsconsumables.co.uk with your problem, please list your order number and if it helps, attach a picture of your purchase and we will try to resolve issues as best we can. If you received your item(s) within the prior 30 days and a return is the only option, please email us with your order number and we will deliver you instructions on how to proceed.

How long will I be waiting on my order?

Wherever possible we aim to dispatch orders same working day, providing they are placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Most of our items are dispatched 2nd Class Royal Mail, free of charge to customers. Please be aware SBS Consumables is closed/non-operational on Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and during Public Bank Holidays (unless otherwise stated). In these instances business will resume on the next working day and we will endeavour to dispatch your item(s) as quickly as possible.

If your purchase total comes to £15 or more, for customer peace of mind, we send these items via a 48 hour tracked courier service – We will then email you with your tracking details allowing you to trace the progress of your items. Please be aware, in order to deliver Courier items successfully, these orders must be signed for upon delivery to the specified address.

If your order comes to under £15 but you require it sent 1st class, please email us with your order reference number and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.
